I had a disappointing experience at this medical office primarily due to their deceptive billing practices and poor customer service. While I cannot fault the doctor and treatment received, the billing department's practices were unacceptable. I live out of state and I called this office for information about my retina surgery in 2018 with general anesthesia. The surgery was fine.but the healing with my situation went bad severe head pain 14 days and tinnitus. So I read their site they can consult with people that had any head complications and I did.
