Backstory I've had to reschedule a few appointments due to illness, including being around someone diagnosed with COVID-19! I called to reschedule because of not making it to an appointment today. The ignorant woman told me this was my last appointment, and if I didn't show up, I need to find another retina specialist. I am livid! Footnote... Great Dr, but a rotten, ignorant person answering the phone...
