My mother was referred to the office in Martinsburg and had a horrible experience. The male receptionist was a joke. One of the techs was greeted by my mother only for her to just blankly stare back at my mother. Then after the distance for my mother to travel to that office(coming from out of state), was told that the insurance wasn’t accepted, even after being told it was accepted. Thanks for the inconvenience!
