Everything went well and Dr. Richter was great, but I was concerned and disappointed when I noticed that they don't practice safe higiene by simply sanitizing the areas of equipment shared by the patients. I witnessed how they examined another patient on the machine that I just finished using, without at least sanitizing the areas where the forehead and the chin touches it. Everyone in this practice is professional, easy to talk with and you get through all the tests leading up to seeing Dr. Richter quickly. Dr. Richter is very approachable, she explains technical eye issues in terms I can understand and she answer questions thoroughly. The entire practice is well run and honors my time..
