I was referred to this office by an area ophthalmologist, so I expected a professional and caring experience. Unfortunately, the poor customer service began with my very first phone call. The staff was dry, rude, and unaccommodating, with very little basic phone etiquette. I brought my concerns to Jen, the front office manager, expecting them to be heard and used as an opportunity to improve.
