Staff are usually always wonderful but Brenda (I believe was her name) in the room where pictures are taken of the eye was extremely nasty. She was training a very nice lady but was extremely rude when she had to get up off of her phone (looked like Facebook marketplace) and help her. She was extremely rude and rough with my grandmother often complaining that “she moved” and that’s why they couldn’t get a picture. She would then roughly hold her head down. Hope this doesn’t happen again.
Great staff and great doctors. Highly recommend this place.
