Dr. Rayess is great. I have been his patient for years. But when I scheduled my quarterly check up in 2026, one of the office staff insisted there was an issue with my insurance that I had to deal with. When I called my insurance they fixed the issue and called Dr. Rayess’s office directly to try to reschedule my appointment. My insurance company was actually great and the office staff would not reschedule. Very frustrating and hard to work with.
