I was referred to Cleveland Retina Associates by my eye doctor due to a retinal hole and hemorrhage. I was scheduled with Dr. Miller. To preface this review - the support staff and medical assistants were absolutely fantastic. Professional, kind, and attentive... truly some of the best I’ve encountered. Dr. Miller, however, was a different story. He entered the room without introducing himself and immediately carried an air of arrogance.
