Staff was very competent and patient friendly. Dr. Miller is exceptionally competent and I will continue to use him for retina issues. Unfortunately he did not spend a significant amount of time with me and there were questions I would have asked.
He was not friendly. He kept his back to me while reading the computer screen and talking to the nurse. I don’t think he realize that I’m hard of hearing and couldn’t make out what he was saying. I left with very little information and was told to schedule a follow up in Sandusky. Would not have gone back to him anyhow.
All of the people were very nice and friendly. They explained everything so I understood what was coming! Dr. Miller was very nice and direct. Great visit!
