Dr B and staff are great. I have received professional, competent care from the Macon staff for several years. No complaints. I was seeing another practice in Conyers previously. Dr B and staff are much better.

I just came from an appointment with Dr. Bachhawat at the Macon office. My experience could not have been better. Every staff member was pleasant, helpful and courteous. Dr. B spent time going over tests and answering my questions. I highly recommend Dr. B and the Macon office!

At the age of 38, I was diagnosed with macular degeneration. After looking in my eyes, Dr. Nelson was rude, pompous, and had no bedside manner. He proceeded into a 20 minute Covid lecture after he told me there was nothing he could do for my vision. I would not waste my time with this practice. Find a caring and competent eye specialist.

I no longer see Dr Nelson due to the fact he could NEVER keep appointments in a timely manner. IN FACT, AS RUDE AS THE OFFICE STAFF IS, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO NO ONE. JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM, SINCE I KEEP GETTING TEXT MESSAGES FOR APPOINTMENTS. THE WOMAN ABOUT BITE MY HEAD OFF. Saying that they knew that I would not be making the appointment.
