My daughter contacted the office at 8AM on 10/31/12 in the hopes of securing an emergency appt. for my dental problem. She was excited to find out through Alex (who was both extemely professional and enthusiastic) that an appt. could be scheduled for that day at 1:30PM. I needed a broken filling replaced, and the office was able to take me the next day. The procedure was quick and painless (except for the needle}, and I was able to eat that afternoon.
I had a very good experience during my recent visit to Dr. Gonzalez' office for my cleaning on 10/16/12. The Doctor was very proficient and efficient.

I don't really enjoy going to the dentist, but I really like Dr. Tam. The office staff is always very professional and I'm never left waiting. Even when I arrive early, they see me right away. I've never had a bad experience, everyone is very nice and makes me feel comfortable, despite my displeasure with dental procedures. Most importantly, I feel confident that the health of my teeth & gums are being properly cared for.
Excellent service, office atmosphere is comfortable and the staff and Doctor form of communication is pleasant.
Absolutely a wonderful experience for someone who has the "phobia"! I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez to be your dentist!
