This is the best dental experience I have ever had. The service was extremely professional and customer-service oriented. This is the dentist for which I have long searched. It probably sounds as I am paid to say this, but I really am not. They're just that good.
Receptionist was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The Dentist and assistant were excellent.
Very good as far as the procedure. My only issue was that the release that I needed to sign in order to have the procedure was confusing. It seemed to acknowledge that I would not be capable of driving after the procedure. I understand that you need a release, but "one size fits all" does not work. I recommend that someone reread and reformat your release forms.
The staff and the dentists at Dr. Gonzales' office are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients and I love the fact that I don't have to wait very long after arriving for my scheduled appointment.
