To all concerned, this was from my experience, the best run operation I have ever experienced. Everyone was very pleasant, professional and totally upbeat. From the time I registered till my departure, everything went very smoothly. I know because of my elevated blood pressure, I was a little anxious, but the staff was very calming and reassuring that everything would be fine. Due to my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone, if fact , I would Highly recommend.
Dr. Reid is one of the most competent and adorable physicians that i have ever met. Her warm manner makes you feel cared about. She is highly clinical and extremely caring. I would recommend her to the world.
The entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr. Reid was extremely helpful informative and positive. This firm is very lucky to have Doctors of this caliber. They made a very unpleasant eye condition possibly bearable.

Dr. Reid's initial interdiction was warm as well comedic, immediately I felt at ease. I was pleasantly surprised to have Dr. Reid invite my 3 children to join me during my examination ensuring they felt included in my assessment. I went in with slight loss of vision and found I had a torn retina. Dr Serrano took care of it right then with the laser. It was quick, painless and she and all the staff put me at ease. I would recommend her and Retina Associates to anyone!
I had a really good experience. The office is full of joy. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. This was my first visit and I am completely satisfied. Dr Reid and staff is super.
She is a great doc. She makes sure to take care of you as well as checking up on your condition to make sure if you are ok .Overall she is a great doctor!
Dr Reid is efficient with a personable and caring manner. I appreciate hearing please call anytime you have questions or concerns. Office staff is friendly and efficient. I was in and out so fast. Liked filling out forms on portal in advance.
