A big shout out to Steve and Pete, for a fantastic job repairing our retic system following a renovation to our front lawn and garden. They were most professional in their work and advice leaving us pleased with the outcome. Nothing too small for them to rectify and were friendly and respectful at all times. Value for money they come up trumps and would have them back without hesitation.
Called and no answer. Then requested a job online. Was texted with a date I was 'booked in' without asking if I was available. I will be out of Perth that date. I requested another date. Was given a 4 hour slot. Then realised I had a meeting at that time so they'd be doing a job without discussing with me what they were doing.. I don't really understand what's wrong with my retic or what needs fixing. I asked for a different date and was told it was cancelled then ghosted. Worst communication I've ever had from a company.
I had a problem with one of my retic stations not working. Steve and Peter came out within a couple of days which was great. I only had a rough idea where the solenoids were but they located it with their tracking devices. They replaced the troublesome solenoid and also simplified some tricky wiring from a previous repair job. I now only have to use 2 stations instead of 3. A great job by the guys. Thank you.
I would like to thank Steven for servicing my reticulation and fixing the sprinkles that were not working. He was very helpful and everything is now working perfectly, I cannot recommend Retic Doctor highly enough Lynette
