We live next door to a small apartment block managed by Padma. We have contacted her numerous times regarding the 2nd-hand cigarette smoke being blown out by a reverse cycle air-con. It is seeping into our home, collecting in the side passage where we hang our clean washing and accumulating around the back patio doors. My husband has respiratory issues, including cancer.
