Same situation as the other reviewer. Our deck is leaking (from a job that was just done a couple months ago), and can’t get anyone from Rete’s to answer or return our calls.
We spent a small fortune for this company to waterproof the side of our house and basement last year. After the first big rain, the basement was flooded again. Now, the company doesn't answer the phone or return any of our calls. Extremely unprofessional company, and we feel totally swindled.
