Purchased a Rete Construction Single Family home in Ruffins River Landing in MAY of 23. Upon first buying the house couldn’t be happier. The home did not have gutters installed and that was an additional cost. The master bath stand up tiled shower did not come with any door, so again an additional cost. None of the bedroom doors on second level will stay open, so door stops has to be used.
