Once he gets your money and gets his commission you can forget getting any help. Anything after that you have to do yourself. Want to change a beneficiary you have to contact the Insurance Company yourself. Does a lot of nice things to get you to be his client but then you are on your own. Find someone else as you will eventually have to do it all yourself anyway.
