If zero stars were an option, I would select it. This company showed a complete lack of professionalism in how clients are handled. Our interactions with AJ Schrader and their manager Donny Hall were extremely disappointing. Instead of working toward a reasonable, mutual resolution, the focus appeared to be solely on collecting money.
