They have improved in customer service since my initial review. Much better service.
Retail Systems inc was recommended to me by a friend. They installed Skytab POS for my restaurant in short notice and have been great to work with for countless business needs. When Skylab support doesn’t get the job done, retail systems makes it happen. Just recently Geoff Atherton diagnosed a settings problem in the late evening that had plagued our system for several weeks. Highly recommend their services!
Heartland POS might be a good system at least it was when supported by POSTEC. RSI and Ryan Black's in ability to properly maintain the system continually cost our restaurant money. Now using TOAST with NO third party managing companies and very happy.
