The cleaning lady does a great job cleaning and she also is very nice she does a very great job at what she does and is a nice amazing smart lady
She is such a great soul that makes you feel wanted and loved. I had gotten discouraged by a trainer and when I went to her she made it easy and it felt like home. 10000/10 would definitely recommend her for anything!
Beware of anytime fitness Midlothian I went to cancel membership. It took 4 weeks to get ahold of someone . Finally figured out they changed phone numbers and did not post it online or at there location. Once I finally was able to talk to the new manager and finally cancel she told me there had to be a 30 day notice. I told her that should be waved because it wasn’t my fault they weren’t not reachable So we cancelled that day and the next day they charged me an additional 3 payments I then called and they argued about the 30... read more
I've had the privilege of utilizing the facilities here, and I can say without doubt that it is an amazing place. The staff, especially the GM Heather, takes great interest into the health and well-being of itw customers. She takes the time to explain all details to individuals with questions and is truly an amazing resource for any and all customers!
This gym is absolute trash. “Management” if it even exists is non existent, and if they are then corporate needs to come spot check. Weights never organized. Gym is always trashed. Never paper towels in the dispenser, rug is never vacuumed, toilets are never cleaned bathroom is completely atrocious. Equipment sucks. Have been requesting new handles for the cable machines for 2 years now. Members are responsible to track down weights they want and filter through the racks and racks and racks or unorganized weights. Management... read more
