I went to RET Physical Therapy for nearly 7 months for my knee. The physios here - Tessa (my primary PT), Lorraine, and Linzy are simply the best! They intently listened to my problems and provided a very holistic recovery plan. Tessa very closely monitored my progress and tailored my routine to match my progress and was more than willing to challenge me with tougher exercises if I got boastful haha. Came to RET with a shoulder injury. Worked with Dr Shikha and Dr Katie, they helped me build back my shoulder strength. Very knowledgeable and helpful, 10/10 would recommend!
I have had such a great experience here. Tessa and all of the PT staff are truly kind and welcoming, and they make me feel motivated to come back every week. Tessa, my pelvic floor therapist, has been especially helpful in preparing me for birth. She takes the time to explain everything and makes me feel supported and confident throughout the process. Excellent group of physical therapists that know their stuff. I've been under the very capable hands of Dr Tessa Dimock and her team for a few aliments and I'm more than satisfied with the results. Highly recommend them.
