I’ve lived at 5900 Yonge Street since August 2012 — nearly 13 years — and unfortunately, the current management is by far the worst I’ve experienced. Farida Frigillana and Rosemarie Rodulfo have been extremely rude and unprofessional. When my girlfriend and I came to clarify a simple issue about our tenancy, the conversation escalated without cause. Cockroaches everywhere, homeless ppl come in and leave needles in laundry room, and condoms . The hallways stink. They haven’t changed hallway carpets over 20 years, heater doesn’t work at all. Elevators malfunctions, do not let you off correct floor. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management terrible waste of people. I don’t know why they have jobs.
Resident Manager Rosemarie Rodulfo and Glenn Cabigas are low key.No customer service,no professionalism and extremely rude/racist. I believe the head office keeps them because of low pay otherwise this management here’s today’s date February 2024 should be fired. Cleaning is bad they don’t vacuum the old trashy carpet mopping the floors. Worst place to live right now unless it’s free. Stay away from 5900 yonge street Q residential if you not looking for trouble period.
