A very disorganized building with very unprofessional managers. They charged us for the fob, but when we moved out, they didn’t return the cost. It is absolutely not suitable for living.
I’ve lived at 5900 Yonge Street since August 2012 — nearly 13 years — and unfortunately, the current management is by far the worst I’ve experienced. Farida Frigillana and Rosemarie Rodulfo have been extremely rude and unprofessional. When my girlfriend and I came to clarify a simple issue about our tenancy, the conversation escalated without cause.
