Just before Thanksgiving, Resurrection Pools of Port Charlotte (AKA Pearl Pools) refinished my pool and it is beautiful! Start to finish this was a happy experience. I contacted two other pool services. One never responded and the other said due to an injury they could not help me, but their price was the same as Resurrection Pools. David was the person who went over what they would do to improve the looks of our pool. Everything turned out the way we had envisioned. The ladies in the office kept us informed on what was going to be preformed on the days they were to arrive. If there was a little miss communication it was handled very quickly and correctly. The follow up with James was excellent by taking his time and making our new look fantastic. When people walk onto our lanai they remark on how nice the pool looks!
Our pool was repaired back in 2014 by Resurrection Pools. Brian was just here today for something that turned out to be simple and he commented on how great the pool looked -- especially after 14 years since they did the work. So, a pat on the back to Resurrection Pools for outstanding work and craftmanship and a pat on the back to me for keeping it in such good condition. Highly recommend them.
