Really nice staff and very thorough!
Positive visit great care plan and therapy
The receptionist attitude is horrible. She is very rude. I arrived to my appointment a little early and the door was locked and I knocked on the door, all I heard was OH MY GOD. She opens the door to say we on lunch. I said how am I suppose to know if there isn’t a sign. She had nothing nice to say. She didn’t smile and just had an Attitude every time someone said anything to her. The therapist was good but I’m considering going somewhere else because of the receptionists attitude.
I want to give the highest praise to Resurgens Orthopaedics and especially Dr. Jason Brustein. He performed my revision knee replacement, and the results have been truly exceptional. I was able to walk on day one — even though it wasn’t recommended — and that alone shows the incredible quality of his work. With my first knee replacement elsewhere, it took me three months to walk without a walker.
