Horrible!!!! The office staff and doctors are rude and inconsiderate of their patients. There is zero communication amongst the staff, which is reflected in the way they treat their patients. I would NEVER recommend this place. EVER.
(THE GRIFFIN OFFICE;)MY FIRST APPT.WAS A ON A TUES. THEY WERE GONNA DO SURGERY THE FOLLOWING WEEK.I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH MY INSURANCE AND IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO GET THE OFFICE STAFF TO VERIFY THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY INSURANCE.SO LONG STORY SHORT ITS THE 13TH OF JUNE AND MY SURGERY IS NOT UNTIL THE 23RD!!! THEY TOLD ME THEY DO PAYMENT PLANS BUT.MY INS. COVERAGE WAS FIRST PRIORITY.THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE WORSE ITLL BE BUT THEN HE TELLS ME HE'S NOT FREE TILL THE 23RD!!!! Great Experience. Dr Cahoon was superb. Very knowledgeable and most importantly took his time to explain everything to me.
Horrible experience. When we showed up for our appointment, we were told that the nurse practitioner wasn’t there, we didn’t receive any cancellation call and received a text twice to confirm the appointment and one of the confirmation was the day before. I received a voice message confirming the appointment. Due to their error, they didn’t even try to have another nurse practitioner see us. I won’t be utilizing this branch anymore, 2nd bad experience with them. I had better experience with the Griffin office. The front desk... read more
