I had a procedure here and paid a $3,300 deposit upfront. My insurance (Cigna) later processed the claim, and my EOB shows I owe $0. Despite that, I’ve been trying since January to get my deposit refunded. I was told they can’t issue a refund because they’re disputing part of the claim with the insurance company, even though they confirmed my balance is zero.
