Called on a Wednesday and came in on Thursday morning. I called back Thursday morning before my appointment....because I was running late for my 1st visit. I could NOT miss this appointment...the PAIN in my hip was relentless. The person answered the phone was pleasant and patient. She explained my options but shared my issue with the physician.
