Scott is a miracle worker, and after five sessions, I am still adjusting to my new reality that I am able to do things without symptoms that I haven't been able to do for over 20 years. Early may I started running and I guess after years of decreased physical activity I freaked my body out. Sitting for work 4+ hours at a time with just bathroom and food breaks my back and hips tightened up so much I thought I had disc issues. Went to 12 sessions of Physical Therapy at Athletico the pain level went down from 7 to 2 and range of motion improved but just seemed to plateau.
