Used them to resurface our pool steps and coping. Bad idea!!! Got the products all over our brand new liner and after coming out a second time to resurface them, they are chipping away and its horrible looking. Plus when they came out the second time, they stated they will not come out again if it comes up. Just makes me angry we drained our pool twice for them and our pool looks really bad! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!!!!!!!
Pinnacle Pool recommended this company to resurface our pool stairs after we had a complete renovation of our pool. They came out to resurface our stairs and addressed the patch we had on our stairs from a previous repair. They suggested that they just resurface stairs and leave the patch as it is since it’s not leaking. All I can say is WOW!! They resurfaced our pool steps and coping around the pool. It looks like a sparkling new pool. Wish I had known about them sooner.
I am posting before and after pictures of my pool steps. Extremely happy with how everything turned out. I got exactly what I wanted. They mixed the color to match perfectly. They recovered my steps and my coping and it all looks 1000% better. Everyone thinks it’s so beautiful. Gwen and Keith were super nice to deal with. I may be calling them in the future for other jobs like counter tops.
We have been using Resurfacing Specialist on our property to resurface tubs for several months now. They are professional, responsive, affordable and customer service is outstanding!! Thank you for all you do!
