This company is a bunch of scam artist. They promised me a new resume and gave me one that is copied and pasted. I called back “Ivan Guardado” and complained that my resume was just a copy and paste sham job. His quote back to me was “ we don’t do a lot of industry resumes just federal ones.” I said fine - this is not what I paid for fix it! That was 6 months ago. Going to Better business bureau to complain now. Don’t waste your money on these are a bunch of criminals.
I have had many problems with Resumes by Tammy, with the amount of money I paid for a "Professional Resume" it was a bit of a disappointment. Leaving messages with them and getting a response back is impossible, it took over a month for my resume to be finished, I didn’t get a phone call that my scheduled pick up date was cancelled, I talked to a total of three different people who were working on my resume and in the end I received a mediocre resume because the information I had given the original person had been lost.
