I have known Amy for years and she’s always been the same professional and humble person. She loves what she does and you can feel it when you walk into her gym. The environment is very warm and welcoming, she knows what she does and for me I haven’t met a trainer better then her.
I chose Results Unlimited because Amy shares her Christian beliefs openly. I began this process 8 weeks ago, and I’m amazed at the transformation. If you want results, listen to Amy and Pauline, it truly does work. Not only weight lifting but combined with diet change has made a huge difference . Amy knows her profession in all aspects. You will not find a better environment or more knowledgeable folks if you are serious about results. Thank you so much Amy and Pauline!

Amy has a very welcoming environment. If you need motivation, please encouragement, friends, or just to be comfortable in a gym, RU is the place for you! Also, the music is CLEAN! Love this place and the people!!! Make sure you meet Amy and say hi to Pauleen!!! Rock stars!!!
