Wasn’t super impressed with my closing in July, but I’m less impressed when just now ( January) my email was included in correspondence dealing with another property and their documents. The response I got when asking why and how am I being included in this transaction was.. “sorry, we will remove you. It’s public information anyway “. Completely unacceptable. Secure transactions that are so careless especially in today’s fraud environment is scary. I would strongly recommend another company.
My experience was terrible. And is currently terrible because of that experience. My closer was Michelle.
