Tricia did a great job getting my mom's house sold in a winter market when homes move slower. She did a great job helping negotiate the deal with the buyers and made it acceptable for both them and me. Tricia was so great to work with. She knew how to negotiate and was spot on for where we needed to be on a listing price. She is extremely knowledgeable. We even CLOSED within 30 days of listing. Thats a big deal. She has many connections and handled all of our anxious calls and texts to help leave us with ease as selling a home 7 months pregnant wasn’t ideal. Thank you so very much. You worked hard for us as the seller. Might I also add…the property photos and photographer she used for our home were also A++.
