Heather at this company is the absolute worst. Do NOT rent from them. They will lie. She is incredibly rude and shouldn't have a job. If you call for anything you can expect a 20-30+ minute wait time, only to be transferred to voicemail soon after. Their website also has many issues. Like the other person said, "Straight trash service very unprofessional garbage" is absolutely true. I requested notice to vacate paperwork for over 3 weeks - no one returned my voicemails. Haven't even been in the property for a month and im already fed up. We havent had a working dishwasher since we moved in.
This company is despicable. My house I was renting got taken over by them last November. Earlier in 2025 they told me they were having people come to take photos of the inside and outside of the home and “not to worry it’s just for marketing purposes.” That was in March. I received a letter on April 25th giving me until May 31st to move as they were selling the house and at no fault to me I had to leave.
