Haven't even been in the property for a month and im already fed up. We havent had a working dishwasher since we moved in.
This company is despicable. My house I was renting got taken over by them last November. Earlier in 2025 they told me they were having people come to take photos of the inside and outside of the home and “not to worry it’s just for marketing purposes.” That was in March. I received a letter on April 25th giving me until May 31st to move as they were selling the house and at no fault to me I had to leave. Horrible company.
Company is absolutely terrible and nobody should rent thru them even through cj real estate. This company has basically ghosted me and our house has severe problems. Main sewer line is cracked, multiple windows broken or leaking, main bedroom leaking which caused an entire wall to fall down. Bathroom tile, vanity tub and sub floor are all rotting from below, stove that was installed stopped working a month and a half after move in, siding is falling off and rotting behind, gutters fell off, debris and rocks left on property ... read more
