RecommendedI have had several rental properties for over 20 years. Results Property Management is by far the best company I've had the pleasure of working with. The owner and staff are great. They are very professional and up to date on all of the constantly changing rules and regulations of this business. I highly recommend their team for all of your management needs!

being evicted and ignored. neighbor downstairs is friends with owner and is allowed to harass me, call the cops on me for meaningless things. and gets 2/7 parking spots for the 8 units. they also have 2 large trailers on the street taking up all the rest of the parking. they call on me for being too loud and then play music till midnight with a loud subwoofer dont rent with results they are fake. will not checkup on property. cockroaches everywhere and the pest control guy was cancelled. disgusting
terrible service. i am being harassed by my neighbor and being evicted for an unknown reason. being ignored for 2 hours now. told that i should just deal with my neighbor till the eviction is over and that its fine if they shout at me and my children cursing at me while im standing in my apartment at my doorstep. management is friends with the crazy couple. they sit outside playing music till midnight drinking beer and talking about how high they get on certain hard drugs. really nice people u know :)

Results property Management is a great resource for finding a new place to rent. Their team goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Lucia was a extremely helpful and sweet.
5 stars!!!! This company is awesome and Lucia was so pleasant to talk with. She showed me a duplex in Sac this week and she answered all of my questions. i did not end up renting a place from them due to my husband finding a bigger unit. But i recommend them because of the great communication skills that they have.
I currently rent through RPM and they are easy to work with and always quick to respond to any home concerns I have. We love the home and are happy we found such a great fit.
