I would like to post my personal experience with Results Property Management in *********. First of all I advise everyone, tenants and property owners to use another company. These people have cost me thousands of dollars, treated my tenants as if they were cattle and treated me as if I had no idea what I was doing. This property management does not follow basic ********** tenant law. After going through an initial move out inspection and fixing the areas they noted, they kept money from my deposit to fix additional items not even mentioned to me or notes in our signed pre move out inspection notice. My written request to be present at the final inspection was ignored and I was charged for items that were damaged before I even moved in. As a tenant we had a horrible experience with results and Tawny in particular. When work orders were turned in we would have to push for a response on how and when it would be completed. Results follow up to work orders was although nice definitely not very good. When the A/C went out they hired a service company who completely miss handled the job. Came out numerous times and couldn’t get it right.Results would never follow up so I’d have to create more work orders. Between the service company and Results lack of concern or... read more
I have to say that results probably management has been very pleasant and easy to deal with. Maintenance request all have been completed and have worked with me and my scheduled. I would recommend them to friends and family. And a big shout out! To their maintenance guy Albert he is hands down the most professional awesome nice guy. He gets the job done every time no matter what it is. Thank you Albert for being awesome.
As a person who has a CA license with real ********************** I have never once asked a potential client or owner about the people living in a house. As a person who tried to rent from this company and having the owner apparently ask the property manager about children living in the house is completely discriminatory in my opinion. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be asked about as they cant be on a lease regardless. I really can't believe how poorly these people have treated me from day one of my condo lease. I moved into a condo that was not clean and had several broken items. I reported them immediately and they refused to fix them. The garage is full of someone else's junk and they don't care. Stay far, far, far away from these people. Their lease says they don't have to fix anything unless it affects your health. Your oven breaks? They won't fix it. Your refrigerator breaks? They won't fix it. Your towel rack breaks? Today Albert came out from Results Property Management and installed a new garage disposal, very courteous, he was masked up and left no mess behind which I appreciated.
Horrible horrible HORRIBLE management. Don’t recommend AT ALL. Their reviews are coming from their employees. They have tenants that work for them to spy and they over charge for repair fees. Shady business and completely unprofessional.
