As a tenant we had a horrible experience with results and Tawny in particular. When work orders were turned in we would have to push for a response on how and when it would be completed. Results follow up to work orders was although nice definitely not very good. When the A/C went out they hired a service company who completely miss handled the job. Came out numerous times and couldn’t get it right.Results would never follow up so I’d have to create more work orders. Between the service company and Results lack of concern or... read more
I have to say that results probably management has been very pleasant and easy to deal with. Maintenance request all have been completed and have worked with me and my scheduled. I would recommend them to friends and family. And a big shout out! To their maintenance guy Albert he is hands down the most professional awesome nice guy. He gets the job done every time no matter what it is. Thank you Albert for being awesome.
I really can't believe how poorly these people have treated me from day one of my condo lease. I moved into a condo that was not clean and had several broken items. I reported them immediately and they refused to fix them. The garage is full of someone else's junk and they don't care. Stay far, far, far away from these people. Today Albert came out from Results Property Management and installed a new garage disposal, very courteous, he was masked up and left no mess behind which I appreciated.

being evicted and ignored. neighbor downstairs is friends with owner and is allowed to harass me, call the cops on me for meaningless things. and gets 2/7 parking spots for the 8 units. they also have 2 large trailers on the street taking up all the rest of the parking. they call on me for being too loud and then play music till midnight with a loud subwoofer dont rent with results they are fake. will not checkup on property. cockroaches everywhere and the pest control guy was cancelled. disgusting
