RecommendedI went in with shoulder and neck pain. The PT was perfect for my needs. After 6 weeks I am pain free. I continue to do the exercises as given. The staff was courteous and Claire and Josh were so helpful. They guided me along and gave me just the right amount of exercises to do.
Do what they say in the office / continue it at home and you will see improvement!! Wonderful team of people that focus on teaching and helping you achieve mobility goals without lifelong visits. I've been under their care twice now (once for lower back, once for neck), and each time they've given me tools and exercises about how to care for myself and prevent issues from reoccurring by helping me improve my posture and continuing the work with at-home exercises. I loved the fact that every visit I was seen by the same two therapists. My therapists names were Justin and Tyler and they were amazing! But by seeing the same therapists, they become to know you and what your body needs more than going somewhere and seeing a different therapist every time. Highly recommended! Director (Josh) is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly too.
My daughter ( age 7) went post forearm surgery. Nick and the whole team made her feel comfortable and she enjoyed going and getting her arm back to normal. She gained back all her strength and full extension within a few weeks. She looked forward to going to PT! Making excellent progress after only a week! Hope to continue. Nick a great therapist. Also looks like Chris Pine! Prices not so bad even if you don't have insurance but of course much better with it. They don't seem to want to keep you as a patient but that's good! Get you better and back to living life! What more could you want from a PT? Did I mention he looks like Chris Pine?
