As new to the house buying business, my wife and I were very nervous about the process. Anna never made us feel bad about asking lots of questions or not knowing something. She explained things throughly and checked-in with us to make sure we understood and felt comfortable with what we were signing. Anna also worked within our work schedules, taking evening calls at her son's baseball games. We greatly appreciated her timely responses and making herself available to us when we needed her.
