It seems that zero 'results' are accepted in this business. Do yourself a favour and use someone else when wanting laser hair removal. Quick to dismiss and disregard when challenging results after nearly completing treatment with no improvement. They will take be quick to take your money and also deny all culpability.
I checked in at Kotara twice. The first time I signed up for 3 hair removal sessions (brarilian, underarms and full legs). I used it once and I have 2 more times, but the second time I came according to the scheduled appointment after the first hair removal, the staff asked me to pay because my package had expired. I am very happy with the services I have been receiving here. I am regular Clint of this clinic. I see Condy every time she is amazing. She knows what she is doing good with her work. Very nice and polite. Love to come in this clinic every one is very nice. It’s like addiction to come when you start seeing the result you feel like to come again and again. 🥰🥰
Would not recommend this place! They tempt you to buy prepaid packages then when you show up tell you that it’s expired and you have to pay for your appointment. No one emailed me or warned me of the expiration period. In fact when I bought it, the girls booked me in at a time when it would have already be expired! And the managers and head office don’t pick up when there’s a problem. Incredible. Would not recommend this place at all!
