I had appointment with laser result clinic in 706 Sydney Rd, Brunswick VIC 3056 at 4pm 23/7/2022 but when I came to the clinic it was closed. I got a missed call this morning but there was no message left. So I expected if the clinic changed my appointment at least to give me a text sms if u can’t contact me, and at least call or text me few time before appointment date. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. This company has no ethics, and their therapist do half-hearted job. They cant even do a simple laser treatment! The lady at their Brunswick clinic, needs to a course to learn how to do laser treatments. She is highly ill-equipped and does not even know how to do a proper job. Whats even more worst - is their customer service which is far worst than their therapist. So save yourself and go somewhere else that values your business.

Rita is really good at her job. She really does take care of the customer. I am satisfied.
