She was very professional
Overcharged by $128 for laser and only offered a store credit. I wanted only part of the previous package I purchased but staff member misunderstood. Even if I did want the previous package I was over charged by $10 and they won’t refund that to me either. The supervisor in call centre was extremely rude. Refused a refund and wouldn’t let me speak to the manager who declined it so I went to the store. Still declined as head office have to approve it. It was my first time visiting Results Tuggerah and Michelle was exceptional. The treatment was great and although Michelle provided information about some products, she wasn’t pushy like some other clinics I’ve visited. I will definitely be back!
