booked in North Sydney Branch and Confirmed, Got a phone call that you have to go to another branch and we are not refunding you at all. The funny part is still you can go online and book North Sydney Branch but after you book in you will receive a phone call that you need to rebook elsewhere and no Refund Option
There’s a reason this place has 2.5 stars. Their customer service is terrible. I got wronged with my order and didn’t get the services I was promised and they didn’t even (conveniently) keep a record of what I’d ordered. I’d made the order offline at their shop. So they simply told me they couldn’t give me what I’d paid for. And when I said can you show me any record of my transaction cause I’ve paid for more they simply said they don’t keep any records. So I couldn’t get what I paid for.
I have going to Ruby Gow for the last couple of years. Ruby takes excellent care of her patients and pride in her work. If your after the VIP treatment, I highly recommend her services. Thank you Ruby for making me look great!
I made a booking and payment for a laser hair removal session at Results Laser Clinic on 6 February 2024. The appointment was confirmed for 7 February 2024 at 12:50pm, and I received a receipt with the purchase details (#1001-7677). They charged me $520 for a package of eye rejuvenation and 1 session of hair prp treatment from North Sydney. When I went for the treatments on March 2023 there was not enough blood to draw to do both the treatments. So nurse Tina (in North Sydney) only could do the eye rejuvenation treatment. Few months later I booked for the hair prp treatment on 5th of October and Tina called me and asked there were some miss communication and I have to pay extra $400.
