This is an all inclusive, comfortable gym. The workouts are challenging and rewarding. The team of coaches are friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to going to class three times a week!

I have been wanting to try a place that gets me focused and really working hard for myself. I had been looking at so many places for a couple months but never found a place that was affordable or had classes when it would be beneficial for me and my work schedule. My sister and I did a 3 free class pass and we chose kickboxing for all 3 classes because we wanted to make sure that things seem consistent and fun and it would be something we wanted to do. I have been super impressed with Results Fitness Training. The facility is clean with a variety of equipment. Scott is committed to making sure exercises are done with correct form and is willing to modify for any level of fitness. The small group classes help to create a supportive environment.
