I have loved coming here! (And I’m not normally a gym person.) Coach Derek and everyone in the class has been so welcoming. Everyone is at a different fitness level and there’s no judgments ever just supportive friendly people! Derek is one of the most knowledgeable trainers you will come across. He can help in any aspect and pushes you in ways you did not know could be pushed!
I highly recommend Derek. His expertise and professionalism are above and beyond. After spending 2 1/2 months having Derek train me with various stretches and exercises, I have benefited a great deal. I feel much more energetic and limber.
