The gym is clean with a great variety of equipment. The personal trainers are all knowledgeable and will adapt your training to the appropriate fitness level and age for you. I am over 70 and I get an awesome workout with my trainer Nick. The atmosphere is light and friendly and I would recommend this gym to anyone of any age. The location is really convenient also.
Derek Anderson is a true professional. I greatly appreciate his extensive knowledge, creativity, and compassionate approach in working with my wife, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. I have loved coming here! (And I’m not normally a gym person.) Coach Derek and everyone in the class has been so welcoming. Everyone is at a different fitness level and there’s no judgments ever just supportive friendly people!
