Lady Of America Fitness Ctr is a great place to work out I have been going to this gym for about a year and I really like it. They offer many different classes and I've tried most of them. i love that the gym is all women and it makes it much more comfortable to go and work-out.
Lady of america Fitness ctr I am a member of this facility and love it. its an all girls gym, they have a daycare for those who have children, several classes to take included in membership, a sauna, tanning room, boot camps, ideal weights for girls, personal trainers and much more. I've been to several gyms and i feel very comfortable here than in any other gym. it is small but i think that's why its comfortable because everyone talks to everyone.
