My trainer is absolutely wonderful. He pushes and motivates me to be and do my best.
I wanna say thanks to Results fitness the trainers there (Chris) and (Alex) are very helpful and motivational truly a homely environment, comfortable atmosphere big keys to a good work out thanks Results Fitness.
I started working out here in May & I wouldn't want to workout anywhere else. The place is clean , they have all the equipment I need to get in shape & stay in shape. They have personal trainers as well as classes. If I can't get there in morning it's open 24 hours so I can go @ night as well. Alex & Chris are always there to help if u need the expertise. Sign up you won't regret it
Its a small gym and i love working out there.Its very nice people that work there. Very friendly staff thats care bout ur health.
