I can count on one hand people and or places that have truly changed my life and Nate and his gym, Results Fitness RX, are one of them. A truly supportive community with kind and results-driven staff. Despite multiple injuries, they found ways to modify workouts for me. They also continuously challenged my partner, leading to results that made him a believer in working out. Everyone we’ve worked out with has been nothing but friendly and supportive. We are moving soon, and I don’t know if we’ll be as lucky again to have someone like Nate, Shannon, and Andrew.

I wish I would have found Results when I was looking for a gym a year ago. In the short two months since I have been there I feel stronger and I look forward to going to the gym versus dreading it. Nate and Andrew are awesome and so welcoming. Everyone from beginning to experienced shows up and it works. I love that the coaches will correct me on my form and explain why, that all I have to do is show up and I know I am going to get a great work out in.
