Olga was quick to inform me that since I am a tattoo artist I would need certified checks to pay rent because "she's known some tattoo artists" and she would require "$7500 upfront which I'm sure you don't have set aside" and the hours of my business (not a tattoo shop, a place to play board games) would coincide with the other businesses hours (she never even asked me the hours of operation) and an "exceptional credit report" wow.
