I limped in this afternoon with my hip in severe pain, it was my first time ever walking in this office. The receptionist was very nice, Dr Craig is a god send took the time to listen to me, and explain what was going on. He sent me back for an x-ray the tech was very gentle and compassionate and understanding. Come back in the room the Dr come right in iced my back , explained what he seen in the xray adjusted my back an hip. This review is a warning to both patients and the management of this clinic: Dr. Cody McClintock should not be practicing here. My experience was nothing short of a disaster. Dr. McClintock was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed more interested in pushing long-term “treatment plans” than actually helping with my pain. He barely asked questions, didn’t perform a real evaluation, and within minutes was pressuring me into a high-cost care package that felt more like a scam than healthcare. So, I have had low low back pain every day for 5 years! As a retired RN I cared for alot of people with pain and chronic pain but never thought I would be someone who would have to deal with this. I have tried everything to include meds, PT, injections, heat/cold and on and on. Nothing gave me much relief and my doc at OSU really didn't know why I was having this pain.
