It's a good place that can produce solid, relatively quick results with coaching that keeps you on track when there are periods/weeks without any significant loss. The body scan machine is not always accurate & the feedback & coaching from the staff as to what's causing the inaccurate reading is not consistent from coach to coach. Phase 1 & 2 are well handled but very little emphasis is put on the other phases that would lead to SUSTAINED weight loss! This is not a diet, it is a change in lifestyle! And....... It really works. The first 2 weeks were tough, but once I got into the new habits, it was much easier. Ed Reardon really understands nutrition and what that means for your body. I would HIGHLY recommend this "lifestyle" change. I feel great. Sleeping much better. Very happy with the results. Go to the introductory seminar (it's free) and find out a lot of great info about what's going on with your body.......you'll be surprised how much you don't know!
The diet is strict and limiting, but once your body adjusts, very easy to follow. The IP foods can be mixed with regular meals if you follow the allowed list which makes cooking or eating out a breeze. It's a wonderful program, the coaching (and they are all helpful and encouraging) and weekly weigh in gives you the incentive to keep it up. After loosing 50 pounds in 7 months, I have found the way to control my weight (within a few pounds) , while once again enjoying "restricted foods"!!! I had been on every diet and like others, nothing seemed to click. In 2013, I found Results 22 and am much happier for it. I am not at goal yet, but that's ok, it's a lifestyle change that I am making over time. Thanks to Ed, Colleen, and the entire Results 22 staff for the wonderful support!
